Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Go4Meet for personal and commercial video conferencing purposes. This license grants you the right to:
- Create and host video meetings
- Join meetings as a participant or guest
- Use screen sharing, chat, and other features
- Invite others to your meetings
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.
User Accounts
Account Registration
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users.

Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of results
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go4Meet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Service interruptions
- Cost of substitute services
- Unauthorized access to your data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- Your use of the Service poses a security or legal risk
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- Payment for your subscription fails
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may delete your content and data, though we are not obligated to do so. Provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
